All teepee and bell tent packages include complete set up, tear down, décor and accessories by theme for a one night rental. Picnic experiences are a 3 hour rental but may be extended for $50 per hour. We will work together to schedule specific times for both set up and tear down.

 

We can accommodate more than 8 guests and each additional bed set up is $50. If you would like to extend the experience for multiple consecutive nights, you may keep everything for an additional $40 per guest per night (subject to availability). Picnics may be extended overnight based on availability for an additional fee.

A refundable $100 damage deposit will be added to all invoices. A 50% deposit and $100 refundable damage deposit secures your date and theme. The deposit will be applied to your balance and final payment is due 30 days before your event. The damage deposit will be refunded to you within 24 hours of checkout.

Up to 40 miles of travel is included for each experience. For all travel totaling over 40 miles, $1 per mile will be added to your invoice. 

NOW OFFERING: Do-It-Yourself Rental Option

Our goal is to make every glamper's dreams come true! We are disappointed when we cannot service a party due to our schedule or the distance so we also offer DIY experiences! You choose the theme and we package your experience for you. You will receive detailed set up and tear down instructions when you pick your party up. The next day, tear the party down and pack everything back up. Drop the supplies back off to us and we will do all the cleaning & laundering!

Each DIY party package will receive a 10% discount!

IMPORTANT: 

To transport your party you will need a vehicle that can carry all of the party supplies. SUVs & minivans are typically a great fit. Please inquire if you are unsure if your vehicle can accommodate your party supplies.
